About The Role
Join a leading commercial disputes team advising high-profile clients on complex litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join a highly regarded London practice.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, injunctions and high-value litigation.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial litigation matters

Advise clients on disputes, risk, strategy and resolution options

Draft pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and settlement documents

Work closely with partners and senior members of the disputes team

Support junior lawyers and contribute to business development activity
About You

Qualified solicitor with strong commercial litigation experience

Experience gained within a respected disputes team

Excellent technical, drafting and client management skills

Commercially focused with strong attention to detail

Confident handling complex and high-value matters
