The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures and general commercial advisory work.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a corporate practice within a strong Manchester platform

Advise clients on complex corporate transactions and strategic matters

Manage and grow relationships with an established client base

Support junior lawyers and contribute to wider team development

Play an active role in business development and long-term practice growth
About You

Experienced Corporate Partner or senior lawyer operating at partner level

Strong technical background in corporate law

Established client relationships or proven business development ability

Commercially focused with strong leadership and communication skills

Ambitious, strategic and motivated to grow a successful practice
