About The Role

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of commercial matters including commercial contracts, business agreements, terms and conditions, supplier arrangements, service agreements and general commercial advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a wide range of commercial contracts and business agreements
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial documentation
- Provide practical and commercially focused legal advice
- Work closely with partners and senior members of the commercial team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
About You
- Qualified solicitor with commercial law experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a practical approach to client advice
- Confident managing your own workload with support where required
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing regional practice
